Every Designer Has A Style
DESIGN...
It is so much a part of our lives that we often forget that it is there.
We take it for granted, unaware of the feelings and actions it invokes.
Those of us in the design profession take it seriously. We understand that because so much of it is visual, it has the ability to influence people immediately. What we do effects other people's lives in either a positive or negative way and that is serious business.
We can either choose to work for positive change and for the benefit of our clients or we can make a detrimental impact on their lives in a multitude of ways.
Most designers (of all types), as well as illustrators and writers develop a particular style or enjoy specific types of work more than others. It generally indicates what they feel they do best as it is with all of us.
If you have decided you would like to work with a designer to develop identity, collateral, packaging, promotional or direct mail, or even a T-Shirt take into consideration what their particular style is.
Matching your needs to a designers inherent style is important for a successful working relationship and a successful project.
